For postal orders we use Australia Post to ship your items
You will receive a tracking number via email to keep an eye on when your goodies are arriving

It may take a few days for your order to be dispatched. We really appreciate your patience and understanding in advance.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and with the original packaging. You’ll also need a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return or exchange please email us at hello@kynetonspringsmotel.com.au and tell us what you'd like to do and why. Please include your order number and photos of the goods if applicable. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package - incorrect sizes or change of mind are shipped back at the customer's expense. Return shipping for faulty goods will be reimbursed once the damaged item has been returned and inspected.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email (described above) will not be accepted.

Damaged items or other issues
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately at hello@kynetonspringsmotel.com.au if the item is damaged or if you've been sent the wrong item. We will do our best to work on a swift solution for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
